Local practice records

Client records, pictures, food edits and plans are stored in your installation’s local workspace. License validation and update checks do not upload those clinical records.

Licensing and administration

The service stores the license owner’s email and name, license status, device slots, a product-specific device hash, device name, platform, application version and validation times. Administrators can change entitlements or block activations. Verification emails are sent through the configured email provider. Authentication, publication and entitlement actions are recorded in an operational audit log.

Optional cloud backup

If you choose the paid add-on, the app encrypts your backup with your password before upload to private Backblaze B2 storage. The service stores encrypted bytes, size, checksum, label, workspace identity and ownership information. Use a label without patient names. The service does not receive the backup password and cannot recover it.

Retained backups can be downloaded by their authenticated owner after the add-on expires. Delete backups explicitly when no longer needed. Pending deletion continues to count toward the allowance until object storage confirms removal. No automatic clinical synchronization is provided.

Service security and requests

Administrative and owner sign-in use essential session cookies. There is no advertising or analytics script in these pages. The hosting operator may retain access and security logs. Ask Enfuego about access, correction, deletion and the current service retention arrangements before placing client data in the optional backup service.
